Checkpoints: Quarterly Reviews of Actual Funnel & Sales vs those Planned + Corrective Actions required

Follow Ons depend completely on the findings of the Checkpoints, but would typically include:

q 1-on-1 Coaching by PERFORMAX Consulants
q &/or Advanced Workshops for:

  • Sales Managers, eg: Forecast OpPlan, Coach
  • Sales Professionals, eg: Selling Solutions and Selling High, Key Account Planning

2. Point Solution Follow Ons

Checkpoints & typical Follow Ons are normally laid out in the intial Proposal.

But almost all PERFORMAX Workshops and Programs call for a debriefing, plus:

q 1-on-1 Coaching by PERFORMAX Consultants to, for instance, help round out "live" Account Plans or Opportunity Plans being worked on by participants

q 3-6 month Checkpoints to see what is working and what is not

+ Corrective Actions required.
