BACKGROUND: After working with over 100 companies
on different kinds of sales and marketing issues, we recognized
that many times our customers were asking us to provide programs
that did not address their real barriers to sales & marketing
effectiveness.
As a result, in conjunction with the Executive and Sales Teams
of some of our clients, PERFORMAX has developed several diagnostic
tools to help spot the key opportunities for improvement, and
to avoid investing money in low payoff programs.
A key toolset for assessing the effectiveness of your Sales &
Sales Management Team is our Sales & Sales Management Assessment
Survey.
WHAT IS THIS: Our Sales & Sales Management 360 Survey
is a multi-level Survey, where for instance in a 2 tiered assessment:
1. The Sales Professionals would complete a Survey on themselves
and how they perceive their Sales Managers.
2. The Sales Managers would complete a Survey on themselves and
how they perceive their Sales Professionals.
The completed Surveys are sent into PERFORMAX where we consolidate
these so that each Sales Manager receives:

A Summary Survey of his/her whole Sales Team (no individual Survey
Response would be shown);
2. A Summary Survey of how the whole Sales Team perceives him
or her.
3. Company Level Summaries of Sales Professionals and Sales Managers.
We would also make recommendations for addressing problem areas
and recommend that the Surveys be shared with the Sales Teams,
either Team by Team, or en masse.
Since we have conducted this for just under 4,000 people to date,
we have a large database of norms to compare to.
