& Forecast Review Guides
There are 2 slightly different
Guides for:

1st line Sales Managers
q
2nd line Sales Managers up to VP
Sales.
The first Guide above is available now
and outlines a process for 1st line Sales Managers to conduct
a regular value-added Funnel & Forecast Review with each of
his/her Sales Team.
The deliverable is a PDF of a PowerPoint File that can be printed
out and made into a handy checklist card that can be used as a
prompter whilst conducting the Reviews (similar to a pilot's checklist).
To use this successfully, Managers should be familiar with the
principles of Process & Funnel Management.
So Sales Managers (especially new ones) may require training to
help them develop their questioning techniques. This is available
