What
is this Health Check?
To assist the Senior Management Team obtain a quick reading on
the key opportunities to improve their Sales & Marketing Effectiveness,
our Survey Tool probes at a number of key areas and processes
at the Company Level, and within the Sales and Marketing Organizations.
The completed Surveys are sent into PERFORMAX where we consolidate
the responses and then develop appropriate recommendations.

Survey Question Categories
The standard Survey probes at the following areas:
1. The status and outlook of each individual completing the Survey
2. The linkages between the Company, the Marketing Plan and Sales
3. The main tools and processes that are currently used within
Sales
4. The $ Results Status and Forecast
5. The Strength of your Sales Force and Partners
6. The Sales & Marketing Culture
7. Key Opportunities for improvement within Sales & Marketing
8. Key Opportunities for improvement within the whole Company.
After completion by each member of the Executive Team (or at
least those who are most involved in Sales & Marketing), the
individual Health Checks are emailed into PERFORMAX, where they
are consolidated.
After this, we scan the consolidation to find the obvious problem
areas; plus areas where there are wide variations in response
This then provides the basis for:
- Making recommendations, some of which are based on comparisons
to other companies that we have surveyed.
- Recommending a Plan of Action to address the main problem
areas in a logical sequence.
