1. A clear main $ Goal (normally
annual or quarterly)
2. An Activity and/or Funnel Plan to describe what they need to
do
to make their main $ Goal
3. An Opportunity Funnel (built on a Customer Buying Process)
& Forecast
to compare to their main $ Goal;
4. A Personal Success Checklist to clearly describe their focused
role.
