However a Culture is not an easy thing to define, even though
we all have a sense of what it means; especially when we say that
there are problems with our culture.
So by working carefully with our customers, we developed
our Unique Culture Tool which enables you to:

How is the Tool used?
We use it in our Executive Workshops
as a precursor to customizing a Culture
Change Program.
We ask the Executive Management team to rate where
they think the company is now, and where it needs to be on the
60+ points of our Tool. This simple exercise stimulates some interesting
issues, especially if there are very diverse opinions within the
team.
Our Value Add?
Typically, the output of the Executive Workshop points at many
changes needed, so besides the tool itself, our value-add is our
experience at knowing which Culture issues need to be changed,
and in which order, as trying to change them all at once would
cause a disaster.
